Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order because of product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method, subject to payment processor procedures.
6. Preorders
Certain TMBR Gear products may be offered for preorder.
Estimated availability, production, and shipping dates for preorder products are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, transportation, supply-chain, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, placing a preorder reserves the product but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Any special cancellation or refund conditions disclosed on a preorder product page at the time of purchase will apply to that preorder.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
TMBR Gear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer, customs, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is lost, damaged, or otherwise affected during shipment, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the return or refund policy displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Products generally must satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in that policy to qualify for a return or exchange.

9. Wader Warranty
TMBR Gear may provide a manufacturer's-defect warranty on eligible waders. The specific warranty period, eligibility requirements, replacement options, costs, and exclusions applicable to a purchase are those disclosed with the product or warranty information at the time of purchase.
Warranty coverage applies only to qualifying manufacturing defects and does not cover ordinary wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidents, punctures, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or damage resulting from use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose, unless otherwise required by law.
Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
10. Outdoor Product Use and Assumption of Risk
Hunting, fishing, boating, wading, and other outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including potentially serious injury, exposure to weather, deep or moving water, unstable terrain, wildlife, equipment failure, and other hazards.
TMBR Gear products are not substitutes for appropriate training, judgment, safety equipment, or compliance with applicable hunting, boating, firearm, and outdoor-safety laws.
You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended activity and for using it safely and according to applicable instructions.
11. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following applicable product care, storage, cleaning, and use instructions.
Improper maintenance, modification, storage, or use may reduce product performance and may affect warranty eligibility where permitted by law.
12. Intellectual Property
The TMBR Gear name, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, website content, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to TMBR Gear and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit our protected content without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.
13. Reviews and User Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, or other content to TMBR Gear, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant TMBR Gear a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share content you voluntarily submit to us for purposes related to operating and promoting TMBR Gear.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TMBR GEAR AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
