How our warranty works:

We have a 3 year manufacturers defect warranty, once you purchase waders at full price you’ll never pay that again. With proof of purchase you can buy the same size as original pair for $300. If we do not have your size on hand to exchange and have to have a new pair built from the manufacturer it may take a few weeks. If your waders develop small repairable punctures/leaks that you would prefer us to repair, send them to us or bring them to us and we will repair them as soon as possible at no cost.

This warranty covers:

Seam failures due to defective materials or construction.

Faulty zippers, straps, or hardware.

Manufacturing defects that affect performance or durabilty.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (including abrasion, punctures, or UV damage.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized repairs.

If you believe your product qualifies for warranty:

Email us at tmbrgear@gmail.com with your order number or proof of purchase, photos of the issue if possible, and a brief description.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love your gear. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s unused in it’s original condition. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us before a refund or exchange is made.
